My 5 year old has a high fever for over 24 hours. We are away on vacation. He s been complaining of bad stomach pain and just recently mentioned sore throat. I m thinking maybe strep? Will take him to urgent care in the morning. In the meantime, I gave him children s Tylenol at 5:30. He is now sleeping. Thinking I d give him Motrin at around 9:30 before I go to bed but he didn t eat hardly anything today so worried about his stomach. What do you advise if he wakes with fever again before next dose of Tylenol is appropriate? Thanks!!
